Most of the apartments have panoramic terraces with stunning sea views, perfect for starting the day with the scent of the sea or relaxing at sunset. The accommodation, furnished in a simple but functional style, is ideal for couples and families looking for comfort and convenience for a holiday entirely dedicated to the sea.

There is also a useful outdoor shower for when you return from the sea. There is practically no traffic, and free private parking is available on the property.

Of course! You can't get any closer to the sea than this. Our private beach is just 5 metres away, and the whole sea is at your disposal!
Right in front of the apartments, we have a private beach equipped with sun loungers and parasols, available for a small extra charge. If you are interested, we recommend booking your sun lounger and parasol together with your stay.

The lively village of Capoliveri is located approximately 3.5 kilometres away, in the hills. If you do not wish to drive, during the busiest months (1 July to 31 August) you can use the municipal Marebus service, which runs from 8:30 am to 11:50 pm and connects Pareti with Capoliveri.
